TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment: All prices are listed in USD. I only accept payment through ko-fi or via Paypal and it must be paid upfront. Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity of each individual piece and will be relayed to the client.Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if I cannot complete the commissioned piece, OR if the commission is cancelled before any rendering work (after the sketching phase) has been done.

GENERAL

I paint: humans, fantasy races, fanart, artistic nudityI do not paint: NSFW (graphic nudity/gore), mecha, anthroDeadlines: Please notify me during the commissioning process if you want to meet a deadline.Edits: During the drafting phase you can request any change you want. During later stages, minor edits are doable, but major edits will require discussion of additional fees. See the Updates section for additional details.Gift: If the commission is a gift for another individual, please specify that in your order. I will not publish the creation process but I am allowed to post the finished artwork after the noted date unless otherwise agreed on.The item being sold is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.

PROGRESS

Turnaround times for art pieces will differ depending on current workload and the complexity of the piece. I will keep in contact with all open commissions to provide updates at least once a week via preferred form of contact. Any messages sent to me via social media or email will be responded to within 2 business days; if you do not receive a response within that time frame, I encourage you to resend your message.Visual references for your piece are strongly preferred. Characters or items I need to design might apply additional fees to the work depending on the complexity, and will be clearly communicated to the client before payment.

UPDATES

Upon receipt of payment I will provide a timeline of when your piece will be started. Once the process has started I will provide at least three WIP updates to gain feedback and adjust as needed:Composition Update: Initial thumbnail sketch(es), black and white, providing a general idea of the composition/posing of the piece. Feedback and suggestions are encouraged and piece can be updated for no additional cost at this stage.
Color update: Rough line sketch with color. More details are provided here as well as the color palette, which can be adjusted as needed. Edits and adjustments to major details/color provided at no additional cost.
Rendering update: Typically the final update of the expected finished piece. Minor edits can be requested, but anything beyond tweaks might require additional costs.Depending on the details of the piece additional WIPs may be provided for further feedback. The commissioner can also request progress updates at any time.

USAGE AND PUBLICATION

●You are permitted to display and use the commissioned art for personal/non-commercial purposes only. That includes printing the artwork for private use.● Any commercial use is prohibited.● You may not resell or edit the final product (other than cropping for banners/avatars), remove my signature, use it for merchandise or claim the artwork as your own.●Clients are allowed to post completed work on personal websites and galleries with appropriate credit.● None of my work, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in any blockchain-related technology, such as NFT minting and selling. Do not use my work for AI-learning.

ARTIST RIGHTS

●I retain the right to decline a commission request for any reason.● I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork and can distribute and use the image (that is for promotional or portfolio purposes); rights of characters will remain with their creator.● I retain the right to publish the creation process and the finished artwork to any of my social media accounts.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

Line and Color Art

Not fully rendered but instead semiclean and fully colored/shaded lineart. Base prices are as follows:
Bust: $40
Half body: $55
Full body: $70
Additional details/elements are added at same cost.

Additional details: +50% base cost

These include elements like detailed backgrounds, animals, and props. Can be more based on the number of elements requested.

Additional people +100% of base cost for each person
